divide the body theme into 12 parts.
like do one hour on blood, one on waste products,
one on eyes, one on hands & arms,
one on legs & feet, one on nose & mouth, one on head/brain/mind, one on
sex organs, one on the heart, one on the other internal organs, and so on.
