As well as being totally unenforcable. There's a part of me that relishes a 
new underground scene and the breed of musical outlaws this would create if 
passed. Then seriously, I don't welcome repression.

But would Congress be so stupid as to virtually kill American music? Oh 
wait,... it's Congress...
