What a depressing turn of events, I feel sorry for all of yinz.

If part of the building is indeed going to be apartments, it seems like a
really bad mix to keep any club going in the complex at all.  Aren't those
wealthy tenants going to complain constantly about the club noise, and about
the mobs of drunken patrons loitering around the building?  I wonder how
long that will last.
