Philly's nowhere near as expensive as New York, but it's more expensive 
than Pgh. Gimme some details, woman.

You've seen my apartment-- I'm at $822 a month, and for the size, that's 
average for outsideish the city. You can get cheaper in West Philly, or 
if you're in Center City and go smaller.
