Yeah, thats the Seldec Church/Ossuary outside of Prague. Supposedly in
the late 1800s a worker offered to to do this using the bones of
several thousand plague victims (going back to the 14th century. The
Capucin Monestary (in or near Rome I think) also has various
decorations and displays made from the corpses and bones of the dead
monks.

I also remember there being a very odd video about the Seldec Ossuary.
