I suppose that's up to Pegasus management.  Unfortunately (or
fortunately, depending on your point of view) they will probably do
the same thing as every other bar, which will be allowing smoking if
they are legally able to do so.

On the bright side, if you haven't been to Pegasus yet, it seemed much
less smoky to me than The Upstage.  Perhaps because it's bigger and
has a higher ceiling.  (And I wouldn't be surprised if the ventilation
was better.)

You should see if you can bear it.  Eamon (DJ Bedlamboy) and I (DJ
Badtz) will be on deck, so it will be very hot and sexy, or at least a
hell of a lot of fun.  I just broke myself at the Eide's sale in
preparation!

(If my mail order comes through, I'll have the new Zombie Girl,
besides the new Assemblage 23 and VNV Nation.)
