Ex-smokers

I used to say I knew more heroin addicts who kicked that drug than I did 
cigarette smokers who successfully quit nicotine. That's no longer true. At work 
there are three people who quit smoking, all around the same time (about 4 
months ago) and they all seem to have given it up for good.
 
One thing each of them has told me separately, is that the smell of cigarette 
smoke now smells like shit to them. They had no idea how repellent that smell 
was to others when they smoked, and now they get it.
