The Pittsburgh Gothic Announcements list is for announcements of events relating to the Gothic and Industrial music scene in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. This is a low volume, moderated, announcements only list. No discussions about, follow-ups to or other replies to messages posted will be accepted. The only exception to this is to correct factual errors (i.e. wrong date, time, place, price, etc.) or announce changes to events (i.e. venue change, cancellation, lineup change, etc.). This list is for folks who don't (for whatever reason) want to subscribe to the Pittsburgh Goth List, which is an unmoderated discussion list that receives a large number of messages posted every day. If you just want to receive occasional announcements to find out what's going on, this is the list for you. If you want more of a social list, check out the Pittsburgh Goth List instead. Anyone with an announcement that is relevant to the Gothic and Inudstrial scene in Pittsburgh is welcome to post to this list. There are no hard and fast rules as to what will be approved by the moderator and what will be denied. The general guideline is just that it is an announcement of something of interest to folks in the scene. The list moderator reserves the right to edit posts sent to the list for clarity, readability and to omit unnecessary whitespace and irrelevant text (such as excessively long signature files). Subscribing to pgh-goth-announce
Subscribe to pgh-goth-announce by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below.
