yeah, it's funny how the rest of the world thinks PA is so small... that Philly and Pit are the same city even.

there's also the issue of many people equating Philadelphia & 
Pittsburgh in their minds, or believing they are close together.  So 
they book a Philly date, and Pittsburgh seems redundant so they skip 
ahead to Cleveland.
