www.pghgoth.com and ceremony.pghgoth.com (and djbadtz.pghgoth.com) are back
for the time being.  There will be further fussing with them as Ray moves
the content of all of them to his home servers.  Also, I am likely to move
www.pghgoth.com itself to some professional web developers so that it can be
kept more up to date.

In other words, it's working again, but more to come...
